Clayton Yoga Shala (in Sanskrit, Shala means House) is a small studio in the little town of Clayton. We offer community classes to help people feel their best. Our goal is to serve the community and support health and vitality to people of all levels.

We have moved to a beautiful new location in downtown Clayton! Our new address is 6200 Center Street, Suite H, Clayton, CA (in the same shopping center as Ed’s Mudville Grill).
