CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Mobility + Restore, All Levels

    • This class blends gentle mobility work with restorative postures to help you feel open, steady, and supported.  The first half focuses on slow, accessible movements designed to improve joint range of motion, reduce stiffness, and build functional strength.  The second half shifts into calming, prop-supported shapes that invite deep rest and replenishment.  You can also expect some guided breath work as an added treat!

    • Perfect for beginners, older adults, and anyone looking for a mindful practice that leaves you both refreshed and relaxed. Move just enough.  Restore deeply.

      Props:

      • Yoga Mat (Students are encouraged to bring their own mats but we do have mats available to borrow.)

      • One or Two Blankets, Two Blocks, a yoga strap (belt). (These props are always available to borrow for class.)

  • Hatha Yoga, Level 2-3

    • Hatha Yoga 2-3 offers a grounded and methodical approach to Hatha Yoga, emphasizing strength, stability, and internal awareness. Students are guided through dynamic preparatory movements and standing forms designed to release stiffness, awaken coordination, and build the foundation for deeper practice.

Rather than focusing on achieving shapes, the emphasis is on cultivating sensitivity, rhythm, and balance between effort and ease. Postures are approached gradually, integrating breath, focus, and mindful transitions that help clear energetic blockages and steady the mind.

Over time, students develop a refined understanding of alignment and movement that leads toward greater self-knowledge and transformation—an embodied study of Hatha Yoga as both art and discipline.

  • Flow

    • Our Flow classes are rooted in the principles of Vinyasa Yoga, where breath and movement come together in a smooth, intentional rhythm. In Sanskrit, Vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” reminding us that each posture is thoughtfully guided and sequenced with purpose.

In Flow, every transition matters as much as every pose. The breath leads the way, creating a steady and mindful pace that supports strength, ease, and presence. While each teacher brings their own creative approach, the heart of Flow remains the same: a balanced practice designed to meet students where they are and guide them toward greater clarity, stability, and freedom in the body and mind.

Whether you are moving slowly and deliberately or exploring a more dynamic sequence, Flow offers an uplifting, breath-centered experience that nurtures both inner calm and physical vitality.

      Props:

      • Yoga Mat (Students are encouraged to bring their own mats but we do have mats available to borrow.)

      • One or Two Blankets, Two Blocks, a yoga strap (belt). (These props are always available to borrow for class.)

  • Flow 2

    • Flow 2 is designed for students who enjoy a challenge and want to explore a deeper expression of the Vinyasa Yoga practice. Like our Flow classes, movement is guided by the breath, but here the sequences become more dynamic, transitions more intricate, and the pace a bit faster.

You can expect creative progressions, opportunities to build strength and stamina, and the introduction of inversions or more advanced postures. While verbal instruction is more minimal to encourage a meditative rhythm of movement, teachers remain attentive—offering modifications and mindful cues to support safety and exploration.

Flow 2 invites you to refine your practice, expand your edge, and discover steadiness within challenge—where focus and flow meet in effortless awareness.

  • Power Flow

    • Power is an invigorating, strength-focused variation of our Flow practice—rooted in the principles of Vinyasa Yoga yet designed to build endurance, stability, and inner fire. Expect a steady, energetic pace that links breath and movement through dynamic sequences aimed at cultivating strength from the inside out.

This class emphasizes powerful standing postures, strong transitions, and core integration to develop resilience and heat in the body while maintaining mindful awareness throughout.

Power is ideal for those who appreciate a physically challenging practice without sacrificing intention, alignment, or breath. It’s an opportunity to explore your edge with focus and purpose—leaving you feeling both grounded and empowered.

  • Core + Flow

    • Core + Flow combines targeted core work with dynamic, breath-centered yoga sequencing. This class is designed to strengthen the body from the inside out—building stability, balance, and focus through intelligent movement. Expect flowing transitions, mindful pacing, and creative sequences that challenge your strength while maintaining a strong foundation in breath and alignment.

  • Light Strength + Stretch

    • This is a balanced hybrid class designed for beginners and older adults looking to move safely and feel stronger. The first half of class focuses on gentle strength work using light weights to support healthy muscle tone, coordination, and balance. The second half transitions into stretching and mindful movement to improve flexibility and ease. Expect an uplifting, low-impact practice that leaves you feeling both energized and relaxed.

  • Candlelight Gentle

    • Candlelight Gentle is a soothing evening practice that blends slow, mindful movement with calming breath and deep relaxation. Soft candlelight sets the tone for a peaceful experience, helping the body unwind and the mind settle after a long day. This class is accessible for all levels and ideal for those seeking restoration, calm, and quiet connection within.

  • Stretch + Recovery

    • Stretch + Recovery is a slow, supportive class designed to help your body unwind, release tension, and restore balance after a busy day or an active workout.

Blending elements of Hatha yoga, mindful stretching, and restorative floor work, this class combines gentle dynamic movements with longer, relaxing holds to improve mobility and ease tight muscles. You’ll move gradually and intentionally, giving your body time to open while calming the nervous system.

Unlike a traditional Yin class, the emphasis here is on accessible, functional stretching and recovery, with some gentle movement woven in to help prepare the body for deeper release.
